Catalogo Contrasto
This year is the twentieth anniversary of the Berlin Wall’s fall. But the wall is only a part of that long invisibile border that used to divide Europe in two political continents. This exhibition is the story of that part of Europe called the “iron curtain” by Winston Churchill in March 1946. The exhibition is a project by Contrasto and Fondazione Italiani Europei, in collaboration with Fondazione Istituto Gramsci. Sponsored by the Ministry of Cultural Activities and Heritage and by the Department for cultural Policies and Communications of Rome; realised with the support of Regione Lazio, Provincia di Roma and Azienda Speciale Palaexpo in collaboration with Finmeccanica, Red TV and Radio Città Futura.
