Contrasto proposes a series of three-days’ workshops (one Saturday and the following week end) for those photographers who are willing to do reportage as well as understand how to organise a photographic project, step by step and with the correct tools.
From outlining the project to snapping, to final editing and possible publication, all the way to turning the project into an exhibition and a book.
The workshops will be held at Contrasto’s Rome headquarters. The actual work on the individual projects will be intertwined with a number of tours at the agency to meet the staff of Contrasto and see how working “with photography” actually works.
To end the workshop, an informal meeting with experts in communications.
The workshops will take place every month (excluding holidays) from January to June 2010.
